Tapio Karras

Tapio Karras is the current President & CEO at Design Power. Tapio was previously with Design Power, Inc. from September 1990 to January 2007 where they were a co-founder and Vice President, R&D. Before that, they were with Nokia from January 1986 to August 1988 as a Research Engineer. And before that, they were with Scema Oy from September 1988 to August 1990 as a co-founder and Director, Product Development.

Tapio Karras studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, and earned their M.Sc. in the field.
