Brady Sabatino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brady began their professional journey as a Manager/Supervisor at Hardee's of Sleepy Eye from July 2005 to July 2010. In 2010, Brady joined Parker Hannifin as an Engineering Intern for a brief period from July to October. Brady then joined Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they held various roles and steadily progressed, starting as a Student Fundraising Assistant and eventually becoming a Student Lead Manager. During their tenure from September 2009 to May 2012, they successfully trained and assisted over 75+ callers to raise more than $3,000,000 for the university.
Brady's dedication and leadership skills led him to Design Ready Controls (DRC) in December 2011, where they assumed the role of an Electrical Engineer. Here, they designed control panels for OEM customers using expert-driven automation systems and conducted extensive research and development for DRC's proprietary software. In addition to their engineering responsibilities, they played a crucial role in the opening of a production facility in Oklahoma City, OK, as the Lead Electrical Engineer and temporarily served as Plant Manager. Brady steadily progressed through multiple positions, including Lead Electrical Engineer, Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Manager-Electrical, and Lead Engineering Manager. From February 2017 to January 2018, they efficiently managed DRC's Controls Engineering team, assigning and coordinating the design of control panels and other automation content. In January 2018, Brady was promoted to Director of Engineering, responsible for overseeing the engineering department's operations. Finally, in October 2022, they took on the role of Vice President of Engineering at DRC, where they continue to contribute their expertise and lead the engineering team.
Brady Sabatino completed their education at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Brady obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they completed from 2012 to 2013. Later, Brady Sabatino earned a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from 2016 to 2018 at the same university. Apart from their degrees, they also obtained certifications such as UL508a from UL in April 2015 and EIT from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in May 2012.
