Sara Waxberg McNew is a Chief Scientific Officer with a strong background in human factors engineering. Sara has held various leadership positions at Design Science Group, LLC, Eli Lilly and Company, Philips Healthcare, and Baxter International Inc. With a Master's degree in Human Factors and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Psychology, Sara is experienced in establishing human factors requirements, managing cross-corporate teams, and leading human factors efforts for device, drug, and software programs.
