Aaron Anselmo is currently serving as the Chief Scientific Officer at VitaKey Inc. Prior to this role, Aaron was an Associate Editor at Bioengineering & Translational Medicine. Aaron also worked as an Assistant Professor at UNC Chapel Hill in the Division of Pharmacoengineering and Molecular Pharmaceutics. Aaron has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Aaron was previously a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT under the guidance of Institute Professor Robert Langer. During their time at UNC Chapel Hill, Aaron authored 18 papers as the corresponding author and secured over $7 million in funding, with $3 million coming from the NIH.
