Alexandra Allen

Alexandra Allen is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in strategy, business development, and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Design West, Alexandra oversees operations strategy and team development. Prior to this role, Alexandra was Operations Lead at Kraken following the acquisition of Sennen, where Alexandra was Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations, responsible for team culture, financial management, and client success. As a co-founder of Next Chapter Books CIC, Alexandra aimed to create a community bookshop and space in South Bristol. Alexandra's earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Sustrans, where significant contributions were made to strategy, governance, and business development. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Society & Space from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Women's Studies from Trent University.
