Michelle Berois

Michelle Berois, CCXP, currently serves as a Service Designer at Delta Dental Ins., where Michelle collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through detailed service blueprints and journey mapping. In addition to this role, Michelle contributes as a CX Associate and Lead Content Creator for Design x Us, developing interview guides and publishing insights from design thought leaders. Michelle's prior experience includes roles as a User Experience Researcher for Hawaii United Okinawa Association, Content Designer for Femigrants, and various positions focused on user experience and client coordination in the dental industry. Michelle is a graduate of General Assembly and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Miami Dade College and Broward College.
