Jennifer Surette -

Jennifer Surette has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently the People & Culture Director at Design Bridge and Partners, starting in May 2021. Before this role, they were the Director of Human Resources at BPCM from July 2017 to April 2021. Jennifer also worked as an Independent Consultant in human resources from February 2013 to June 2017. Their earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Manager at J. Crew from October 2003 to April 2012. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, on-boarding, and organization design.

Jennifer Surette has completed their education in English Language Arts from Hunter College. Jennifer also holds a certification as a Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.
