Jackie Lugo

Jackie Lugo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Sales Associate at Designer Appliances since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jackie worked at Bulbrite from December 2022 to July 2025 as a Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included managing onboarding, implementation, and training to enhance customer satisfaction. Jackie also held positions at Bulbrite as a Senior Manager for Customer & Rep Success, where notable achievements included implementing a new Contact Center and managing direct-to-consumer operations. Previously, Jackie was instrumental in driving sales as an Account Manager and ensured customer satisfaction as a Customer Relationship Manager and Customer Service Representative at Bulbrite. Before this, Jackie gained teaching experience at Gymboree Play & Music and the Belleville Board of Education. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education/Family & Child Studies from Montclair State University.
