Anne McDonough

Anne McDonough, PHR has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Anne started their career at Brookstone in 1990, where they worked as a District Manager until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a District Manager at Gardeners Eden, a division of Brookstone. Anne then joined Lindt & Sprungli as a Regional Manager from 2005 to 2007. Anne returned to Brookstone in 2007 as an HR Manager and later became the Director of Total Rewards & Insurance from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Regional Vice President for the Western Region, overseeing 7 District Managers and 90 locations. In 2013, they became the Buyer for Wellness at Brookstone before joining Rue La La as the Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, they worked at Acquia as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards & Human Resources from 2015 to 2017, and as the VP of Total Rewards & Human Resources from 2017.

Anne McDonough, PHR obtained their CEBS Certification in 2009 from The Wharton School. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Accounting and Business/Management at Oakland University.
