Lee Kirton

Lee Kirton has extensive experience in customer success and service management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global CSM Lead at Acquia since May 2021, Lee previously held leadership roles in customer success at LivePerson from March 2019 to May 2021, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction and engagement were achieved. Prior experience includes a long tenure at British Gas Business, which spanned from May 2004 to March 2019, during which various roles were undertaken, from Head of Customer Service for Major Accounts to customer service leadership positions, effectively managing high-value customer accounts. Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bedfordshire.
