Rashmi Taksande

Rashmi Taksande has a diverse and extensive background in HR and people management. Rashmi currently holds the position of Director, People Team - India & APJ at Acquia since July 2023. Prior to that, Rashmi worked as an HR Director at Softdel from October 2021 to June 2023. Rashmi also served as the Head of HR at Ayoconnect from December 2017 to May 2021, where they led a geographically dispersed HR team and implemented strategic change management. Before that, they held HR leadership roles at Lokusdesign, Praxify Technologies, Inc., ARS Traffic & Transport Technology (India), Xed Intellect, and Purpletree Media Pvt' Ltd., gaining valuable experience in HR operations and management.

From 2008 to 2010, Rashmi Taksande attended Sinhgad Institute Of Management, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resource.
