Holly DuVall has worked in various roles since 2012. Holly began their career as a Sales Intern at C.H. Robinson in 2012, followed by a Marketing Intern at Designetics, Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they moved to St Ursula Academy as a Junior Academy & Admissions Assistant. In 2015, they returned to Designetics, Inc. as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, they maintained and grew company staff by establishing a hiring, testing and interviewing program, as well as developing and administering various human resources plans, policies and procedures for all company employees. Holly also supervised all payroll functions and counseled managers on candidate selection. In addition, they wrote and placed advertisements, screened and interviewed candidates, conducted reference checks, and extended job offers and prepared onboarding for new employees.
Holly DuVall earned their Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Professional Sales from The University of Toledo in 2014. In 2016, they obtained an Advanced Employee Relations and Investigations certification from Cornell University ILR School. In 2018, they continued their education at The University of Toledo College of Law, where they earned a Master of Studies in Law (MLW) in 2020. In 2021, they obtained a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
