Raj Adhav

Raj Adhav has over 17 years of professional experience in the field of User Experience Design. Raj began their career in 2003 as an Enterprise Information Architect at GE Energy. In 2005, they moved to IBM as a Senior Information Architect. In 2008, they joined SITA as a Lead User Experience Architect, where they delivered UX strategy and design for a $120 million program applications suite. In 2010, they were appointed Global Head of User Experience Design at Tata Consultancy Services, where they led worldwide UX activities and delivered mobile UX design solutions and industry-specific products. In 2012, they joined Moody's Analytics as an Associate Director, where they designed and led the implementation of user experience solutions for credit risk management and credit rating applications. In 2013, they moved to Wipro Digital as a Director, where they sold and led the delivery of more than 60 mobile products. In 2017, they founded Designial, a company that helps startups and Fortune 500 clients become industry leaders with innovative digital solutions.

Raj Adhav has a Master of Science in Communication & Media Engineering from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Shivaji University.
