Crystal Kirby

Crystal Kirby has been working in the field of business development since 2007. Crystal began their career at Socialserve.com as a Special Projects Coordinator in 2007. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Outreach and Region Support, where they oversaw the outreach team, agency services, special projects and rent comp teams. In 2015, they joined Emphasys Software as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Region Support Manager, working directly under the Director of Operations to develop new business and support existing client needs. In 2022, they began working at Designing Success, Inc. as a Business Development Manager.

Crystal Kirby attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
