Kevin McDonough is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Designs for Health since August 2023, Kevin focuses on delivering high-quality dietary supplement products to the healthcare community. Prior to this role, Kevin was with Safariland as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, contributing to customer-centric solutions in law enforcement and sporting markets from February 2018 to July 2023. Kevin's previous positions include Managing Director of Recruiting at Assist Medical, Inc., and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Crowley Maritime, along with an Executive Recruiter role at HeartBeat Medical. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise/Physiology from Oregon State University and completed internships in physical therapy, gaining valuable experience with diverse patient populations.
