Gen Rousseau

Geneviève Rousseau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culture, people growth, and operational leadership. Currently serving as VP - Culture & People Growth and Partner & Director - Culture, People & Ops at designstripe since March 2020, Geneviève also works as a Coach & GenAI Specialist at nimble bubble, focusing on fostering a feedback culture through workshops. Previously, Geneviève co-founded and sold KIWI Mornings, successfully delivering over 10,000 nutritious meals, and held the position of Account Director at C2 Montréal, driving growth and partnerships for business conferences. Geneviève is also the founder of BonApp, an initiative aimed at reducing food waste, and brings experience from roles in strategic marketing analysis and IT project management. Geneviève holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sustainable Development from HEC Montréal and has participated in an exchange program at the University of Sydney.
