Prashant Deshpande

Prashant Deshpande has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. From 2004 to 2012, they worked as a Software Specialist at IGATE. In this role, they gained expertise in software development. Prashant then joined St. Jude Medical in 2012 as a Software Consultant, where they were responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for system deficiencies. During this time, they demonstrated strong collaboration skills by coordinating with multiple teams and vendors. In 2014, Prashant joined DesignTech Systems Ltd as a Sr. Business Manager - Education and Trainings. Prashant successfully expanded the DesignTech CAD Academy training centers and achieved significant YoY growth in the franchisee model. In 2018, they were promoted to Associate Vice President, where their key focus was on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs through digitalization initiatives and optimized manpower management. Prashant managed a large team and oversaw multiple locations across India while training thousands of students annually.

Prashant Deshpande completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Imperial College London in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Instrumentation from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
