Donna Kwok is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in strategic design and marketing. Currently serving as a Creative Consultant at Designworks, a BMW Group Company since January 2022, Donna previously held roles such as Strategic Designer at BCG Digital Ventures, where responsibilities included developing research strategies to understand customer behaviors and informing product conceptualization. Donna's earlier positions include a Strategy Intern at enso.co, where insight-driven marketing strategies were created, and Senior Designer roles at Centerfield Corporation and Experian Marketing Services, focusing on digital marketing and client project management. With an academic background including an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a B.A. in Communication and Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, Donna combines design expertise with a strategic approach to marketing and brand development.
