Stephen Chadwick

Stephen Chadwick, PhD, has extensive experience in business development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Partnering at Designworks, a BMW Group Company, since April 2006. In this role, Stephen oversees business development and account management, focusing on the largest external client at Designworks and leading global activities across studios in Los Angeles, Munich, and Shanghai. Prior to this, Stephen held various leadership positions at MBDA UK Ltd, including Applied Research & Technology Manager and Principal Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed strategy definition, funding acquisition, and project management within complex defense technology projects. Stephen holds a PhD in Aerodynamics, an MSc in Structural Integrity, and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, all from The University of Sheffield.
