Anna Grace

Anna Grace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at DeSimone Consulting Engineering since June 2022, Anna has previously held roles as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Anna contributed to education as a Teacher for second grade, implementing individualized lesson plans while adhering to Common Core Standards. Experience at Huntington Learning Center as Managing Director involved leadership in business development, staff recruitment, and performance evaluation. Earlier roles in the Wake County Public School System included both Elementary School Teacher and Teaching Assistant, focusing on lesson planning and data management. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Sociology from North Carolina State University and a teaching licensure in Elementary Education from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
