Svende Herzmann

Svende Herzmann has extensive work experience in the medical field. They started their career as a PhD student at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster in 2013 and completed their doctoral degree in 2017. Following this, they worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the same institution before transitioning to industry. In 2018, Svende joined Alcedis as a Clinical Research Project Manager and later became a Medical Affairs Project Manager. They left Alcedis in 2022 to join Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH as a Medical Project Lead for Rare Diseases. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Medical Lead for Rare Diseases at the same company.

Svende Herzmann obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Westfälische Hochschule in the years 2008 to 2011. Following that, they attended the University of Münster from 2011 to 2013 and completed their Master of Science degree in Molecular Biomedicine.
