Anouar Sadqui

Anouar SADQUI is a seasoned Contact Centers Senior Solution Architect with extensive experience in the design and implementation of call center technologies and solutions. Currently, Anouar is employed at Desja, leading efforts in new Weblogic application architecture and DevOps practices. Anouar has served as a Subject Matter Expert for CN, overseeing significant migrations in contact center systems, and as a Genesys Contact Center Expert at SCCC Inc. Previous roles include senior positions at Bell, Vidéotron, Banque Nationale, and Attijariwafa Bank, where responsibilities ranged from application analysis to infrastructure architecture. Anouar holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from EMI, acquired between 1996 and 1999.
