Lukas Kurtesanin

Lukas Kurtesanin is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Conseiller Acquisition de talents for Desjardins since June 2025, where responsibilities include guiding managers through the hiring process to ensure strategic alignment with team objectives. Lukas also holds the position of Détective de talents and Coach en recrutement at Track & Match since November 2022, focusing on connecting talent with opportunities and helping candidates reach their full potential. Previously, Lukas worked as a Spécialiste en Acquisition de Talents Amérique at Gameloft Montréal from January 2022 to June 2025, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle and supporting new employee integration.
