Grazia Mazzocca

Grazia Mazzocca has been in the workforce since 2013, when they began working as a Chief Entertainer at MSC Cruises. In 2016, they moved on to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Evolution, where they were responsible for sourcing potential candidates, developing recruitment pipelines, and managing the on-boarding process. In 2019, they became a Human Resources Management Consultant for Self-Employed, meeting with HR and management teams to define HR issues, goals, and requirements, as well as conducting research to identify workforce issues or inefficiencies. Currently, Grazia is a Senior People and Culture Manager at Deskbird.

Grazia Mazzocca holds a Bachelor's degree in Scienze del turismo from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and a High School Diploma from the Institut auf dem Rosenberg.
