Sara P.

Sara P. has over 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sara began their career in 2010 as an HR Administrator at Fundação Beatriz Santos. In 2016, they moved to HC Coimbra where they worked as an HR Specialist, providing employees with HR-related advice and organizing job applications. Sara then joined Cpl Czech Republic in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant, providing complex recruitment services in the IT & Telecom and BPO, SSC & Multilingual industries. In 2018, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson & Johnson. In 2019, they moved to SAP as an IT Recruiting Specialist. In 2020, they joined Upwork as a Senior Global Tech Recruiter and is currently a Global Tech Recruiter at deskbird.

Sara P. completed their Postgraduation in Human Resources Management at Bestcenter in 2015. Sara also holds a Master degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Coimbra.
