Shail Maniar

Shail Maniar has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and consulting industries. Shail is currently the Co-founder and Chief Delivery Officer at Deskfactors Inc., where they secured seed funding and is responsible for customer growth and success through the Bluesecures platform. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director at ANSR Consulting, where they focused on new customer engagement and support, as well as mentorship and investor reporting.

Before ANSR Consulting, Shail was a Head of Sabre AirVision Technology and GDC Site Leader at Sabre Corporation, where they led a technology vertical across multiple regions. Shail also held the role of Vice President and GDC Site Leader at Sabre Corporation, along with various other leadership positions within the company. During their time at Sabre, Shail played a key role in developing and delivering solutions for airline customers, maximizing revenue through big data and decision support capabilities.

Shail Maniar began their education at Greenlawns High School from 1974 to 1984, where they obtained an ICSE degree. Following this, they attended the University of Mumbai from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering. Finally, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, which they completed between 1990 and 1992.
