Samuel Peixoto has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 2013. Samuel began their career as a Radio Announcer at Grupo Informe Comunicação Integrada, where they were responsible for providing public utility information live on radios across Brazil. In 2016, they joined Configr as a Sales Development Representative. In 2018, Samuel was promoted to Customer Success Manager at Configr where they were responsible for customer satisfaction and experience. With the help of Configr developers, they built a CHS tool and implemented NPS. Samuel also worked with the support team to keep the churn rate below 4%. In 2021, they joined Deskfy as a Customer Success Analyst.
Samuel Peixoto completed a Bacharelado in Comunicação Social - Publicidade e Propaganda from Faculdade Juscelino Kubitschek between 2012 and 2016. Samuel has also obtained certifications from Escola Conquer, Track.co, Intercom and Cambridge English Language Assessment. These certifications include Formando Campeões: Liderança F.C., NPS 2.0, Become a Conversational Support Expert, Delivering a world-class customer support experience, Fundamentos da Experiência do Cliente and Cambridge English - Language Assessment. Samuel also has a Webdesign certification from Microlins Franchising.
