Akshay Sharma

Akshay Sharma is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in live chat management and customer support. Currently serving as Operations Manager at DeskMoz and Activant Solutions Pvt Ltd since February 2017, Akshay has held various roles including Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert, and Senior Process Associate within these companies. Prior to this, Akshay gained valuable experience as a Senior Car Consultant at CarDekho from January 2015 to April 2016.
