Edward Mwamufiya is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, technical consulting, and interactive design. Currently serving as a Product Owner at DeskNet Inc. since November 2011, Edward has successfully driven improvements in product quality and significantly reduced customer onboarding time from 3-6 months to just 1 week. Prior to this role, Edward worked at DESKNET as a Technical Consultant and Application Manager, facilitating communication between business units and technology departments. Earlier experience includes positions at DMi Partners as an Interactive Designer, managing company websites and optimizing processes, as well as serving as a Technical Lead at The Beryl Consulting Group, overseeing IT infrastructure and supporting Fund Managers.
