Andy Roberts is a highly experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and product design. Currently, Andy serves as Technical Fellow and VP Software at Desktop Metal, where responsibilities include leading the development of generative design and simulation software products. Notably, Andy invented and developed "Live Parts," a generative design software inspired by biological mechanisms. Previous roles include VP of Technology and Product Design at Azuki Systems, where Andy led the creation of a cross-platform mobile video-streaming infrastructure, and Senior Architect/Developer at IBM, where solutions for offline synchronization of Lotus Notes were developed. Andy also held leadership positions at Bowstreet and Parametric Technology Corp., driving significant technological innovations and revenue growth. Educational qualifications include a degree from Harvard University and a Master's from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
