Joseph Phillips

Joseph Phillips has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Joseph most recently served as the VP of Engineering at Desktop Metal since 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Precision Structures Business Manager at Harris Corporation starting in 2015. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Precision Structures at Exelis. Joseph also worked at ITT from 2004 to 2011, where they served as the Precision Structures COE Manager and Structures Project Manager. Joseph started their career as a Structural Engineer at Eastman Kodak Company in 1995. Overall, Joseph has a strong background in engineering and leadership positions.

Joseph Phillips attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
