Pamela Underwood

Pamela Underwood has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Pamela most recently worked at Desktop Metal as the Head of Global Payroll Operations & Equity Plan Administration, where they helped make 3D printing accessible to engineering and manufacturing teams. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Global Payroll Manager at Agero Administrative Service Corp., leading the digitalization of driver assistance services. Pamela also worked as the Global Business Finance Manager at NetNumber, Inc. and as the Sr. Manager, Global Equity Plan Administration at Charles River Labs Intl Inc. In addition, Pamela has held senior managerial roles at Monotype, Constant Contact, Inc., Skyworks Solutions, Inc., Pegasystems Inc., and Sonus Networks, gaining expertise in areas such as payroll, equity plan administration, and stock plans management.

Pamela Underwood completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bentley University, which they obtained between 1998 and 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Pamela obtained a certification in "Project Management Skills for Leaders" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
