Patrick Morrissey

Patrick Morrissey has a diverse and extensive work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Patrick is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Desktop Metal since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Vice President of Production Sales at Desktop Metal from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Desktop Metal, Morrissey worked at ExOne, where they held the position of Vice President of Americas from 2019 to 2022. Their responsibilities included overseeing sales and service operations across the Americas, specializing in digital 3D print technology for foundries and OEMs.

Morrissey also had an extensive tenure at EFI, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Americas Sales from 2015 to 2019. In this position, they led a team of sales professionals focused on digital capital equipment and software sales, driving market share growth across North and South America. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of World Wide Inkjet Sales and Senior Director of Sales; Americas at EFI.

Before EFI, Morrissey served as the President of Laurus Marketing from 2005 to 2007. Patrick also held the position of Vice President of Sales at Creo Americas from 1999 to 2005, where they led a team of sales professionals in introducing innovative technology to the commercial printing industry.

Earlier in their career, Morrissey held the roles of VP of Sales and Marketing at LeHigh Direct from 1995 to 1999 and VP of Sales and Marketing at Wicklander Printing from 1992 to 1995. Patrick started their career at Rand McNally, where they held the positions of General Manager and Sales Manager from 1981 to 1992.

Patrick Morrissey attended Marist High School in Chicago from 1973 to 1977. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Northwestern University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Patrick then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1982 to 1984.
