Thomas Nogueira's work experience includes holding various positions at different companies. Thomas started their career in 2004 as a Lean MFG Co-op at GE Silicones. Thomas then joined GE as part of the Operations Management Leadership Program from 2005 to 2007. Nogueira later worked as a Quality Services Engineer at GE Plastics/SABIC Innovative Plastics from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined A123 Systems and held several engineering manager roles until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Nogueira worked at 24M Technologies, where they served as a Principal Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering Operations, and eventually Senior Director Program Management & Operations. Their most recent role was at Desktop Metal, where they started as the Director of Manufacturing Operations in 2017 and progressed to become the Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Global Operations, and ultimately the Chief Operating Officer.
Thomas Nogueira obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute during the period of 2001 to 2005.
