The leadership team at Desktop Metal has a history of experience in technology and engineering, with a focus on materials science and metallurgy. Members of the team have co-founded companies such as Xtalic Corporation and Form Energy, Inc., and have served in positions such as Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Department Head at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The team also includes members with experience in venture capital and investment banking.
