Brent Bates

Brent Bates has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1995 with the Hertz Corporation as a Senior Operation Manager. Brent then worked at GE Transportation as a Branch General Manager from 2003 to 2011. After that, Bates joined Johnson Controls as a Service Manager from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2023, they held various roles at Evoqua Water Technologies, including Gulf Regional Sales Manager and District Manager. Currently, Bates is the Regional Business Director U.S. at DESOTEC. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing teams, P&L, sales proposals, contract negotiations, and operational activities.
