Chris Davis

Chris Davis is the COO of DeSoto Regional Health System. Chris was born in Shreveport, LA. He received his education in the Caddo Parish School System. He is a college graduate from Northwestern State University, Southern University A&M, and Louisiana Tech University. Chris has 15 years of health care experience. He is board certified by NBRC as a Neonatal Pediatric Specialist.

Before joining the Desoto Regional Family, he held a leadership role with Willis-Knight Health System for eleven years as the Critical Care Coordinator. During that time, he developed many programs including Sepsis, DVT Initiative, Multi-Disciplinary Rounding Team, and the ECMO program.

Christ is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and belongs to Peaceful Rest Missionary Baptist Church. He is also a member of American College of Healthcare Executives. One word used to describe him would be compassionate; he considers himself as being a servant leader. During his free time, Chris enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his niece and nephew, and long drives.
