Carolina Tatone

Carolina Tatone is a financial operations professional with extensive experience in managing financial teams and processes across various organizations. Currently serving as Financial Operations Manager at Despegar since January 2020, Carolina oversees payment reconciliations for Latin America and North America while leading a team of ten. Previously, Carolina held the position of Jefe de Cuentas a Cobrar at Garbarino S.A. for eight years, where responsibilities included managing a collections team and overseeing accounting closures for multiple companies. Carolina also gained experience as a Team Leader in Accounts Payable at Huawei Technologies for Argentina and Uruguay and as a Senior Analyst in Accounts Payable at Accenture for Mexico. Carolina holds a Licenciatura in Economía and a postgraduate degree in Mercado de Capitales from the University of Buenos Aires.
