Martina Gonzalez

Martina Gonzalez is an accomplished professional in Learning and Talent Development, currently serving as the Senior Learning & Talent Development Manager at Despegar since June 2019. In this role, Martina oversees training, development, and workplace climate processes for a workforce of 4,000 across multiple countries in Latin America and the United States, leading a team of three. Previously, Martina held various positions at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes, including Employee Experience & Diversity Leader and Learning & Development Manager, managing employee engagement strategies and training programs for up to 3,000 employees. Additionally, Martina has experience in HR business partnering and recruitment, having worked with organizations such as Proyecto Empresas and BBVA Banco Frances. Martina holds a degree in Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador and has completed several executive education programs to enhance professional skills in learning agility and coaching.
