Chris Rogers has over 20 years of work experience in financial roles. Chris started their career at Trans World Airlines, where they worked as a Sr. Tariff Auditor and later moved on to roles in international marketing, interline pricing, and economic analysis and forecasting. In 1995, they joined ConAgra Foods and held various positions including Vice President of Strategy/Financial Planning & Analysis. Rogers then worked at Flagstone Foods as an Interim Chief Financial Officer before becoming the Chief Financial Officer at Sheplers Inc., a private equity-backed western lifestyle company. Chris was responsible for managing their retail locations and e-commerce business and helped facilitate the sale of the company to Boot Barn in 2015. Rogers then served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Jensen Hughes before joining Dessert Holdings as their Chief Financial Officer. At Dessert Holdings, a private equity-backed premium dessert manufacturer, they oversaw the acquisition of The Original Cakerie in Vancouver.
