Augusto Ruiz-Tagle

Augusto Ruiz-Tagle has worked for a number of companies since 2007. Augusto began their career at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria as a Sales and Derivatives employee from 2007 to 2009. Augusto then worked at ARAUCO from 2009 to 2013 in the roles of Sales Manager and Planner. In 2012 they began their MBA Candidate studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2013 they worked as a Summer Consultant for Virtus Partners, and from 2014 to the present they have been a Senior Consultant for the same company, as well as a Co Founder of DESTACAME.CL.

Augusto Ruiz-Tagle completed their Ingenieria Civil Industria, Mencion Transporte at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2001 to 2007. In 2005, they participated in an exchange program at the University of California at Santa Barbara in the Mechanical Engineer Department. Augusto then completed a Diplomado Gestion de Empresas at Universidad de Chile from 2011 to 2012, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
