Edson Renan Lissi Macedo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the sales and operations field.

Edson Renan began their career at Telecom Italia in 2002, where they worked as a Sales Manager for the Retail Premium sector for almost a decade.

In 2011, they joined VendTek Systems as a Sales Manager, and later became the Director of Sales and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, budget management, and evaluating new business opportunities in the Brazilian market.

From 2015 to 2017, Edson worked at CERTO as an Executive Director, where they reported directly to shareholders and oversaw sales and operations in Brazil. Edson Renan implemented various projects to improve business performance, including revamping company areas, increasing new business opportunities, and developing relationships with key partners.

After CERTO, Edson joined Nexu Transaction Technologies Ltd as the Head of Clients Operations, where they managed client operations for the company.

From 2021 to 2022, Edson worked at PINbank Brasil as the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing operations within the company.

Currently, they are employed at Usina Consultoria as the Head of Operations and Growth, a position they have held since May 2022.
