Juhani Nummi

Juhani Nummi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Juhani is currently the EVP of Business Development at Destia Oy, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, Juhani was the CEO, Founder, and Advisor at Fanninmäki Oy, starting from December 2021.

In their career, Juhani has also worked at Pohjola Rakennus Oy Suomi as SVP of Business Development from August 2022 to October 2023. Juhani had a significant tenure at YIT - Construction and Building company, where they held various executive roles including Executive Vice President of Operations Development, Strategy and Development, and Integration. Juhani was also a Senior Vice President of Business Development during different periods.

Before YIT, Juhani worked as a Product Manager at Proha Oyj / Artemis Finland Oy from January 2001 to November 2003. Juhani started their career as an IT Manager at YIT Information Technology Ltd in August 1998 and later served as a Research Scientist at VTT from June 1991 to July 1998.

Juhani Nummi completed their M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering at Tampere University of Technology between 1987 and 1991. Prior to that, they attended Säkylän seudun lukio from 1983 to 1986.
