Toni Koskinen has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Toni worked as the Business Unit Director for Real Estate Development at Destia Oy starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were an entrepreneur at Kasmon Oy, where they helped develop hybrid projects for construction companies, funds, and cities.
Toni also worked as a Partner at Voimakoski and as the Head of Property at Lidl Suomi. Additionally, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Potius and as a Project Manager at Basso Building Systems Oy.
Toni's earliest work experience was with the Finnish Defence Forces, where they served as an officer for over ten years. Toni gained valuable experience in leadership, working in an international environment, logistics, and cooperation with internal and external partners.
Toni Koskinen completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Jyväskylä between 2020 and 2022. In 2022, they also pursued a degree in International Management from EADA Business School. Prior to these, from 1997 to 2001, they obtained a Master's degree from the Maanpuolustuskorkeakoulu – Förvarshögskolan – Finnish National Defence University.
