Greg Lafferty is the current manager at Destihl Restaurant & Brew Works. Greg has also previously worked as an associate manager at Cracker Barrel, bar/kitchen manager at Red Robin, and manager at Hooters of America. Greg started their career in the US Army as a specialist in 1991 and served until 1995. Greg then began working at Buffalo Wild Wings in October 2005 and eventually became the general manager/manager before leaving in 2012.
Greg Lafferty attended R Nelson Snider High School. Greg has certification from AllerTrain in AllerTrain courses and from the State of Illinois in Serv-Safe Food Certified.
