Led by the Senior Executive Chef and supported by the Executive Sous Chef, the team focuses on maintaining high culinary standards while collaborating with the Brewmaster to develop beer pairings. The Event Manager coordinates special events and private dining experiences, ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable gastronomic journey in a vibrant atmosphere.
