Theo Dunkley has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Theo began their career in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative for Air Jamaica, where they provided customer service and information to airline passengers. From 1995 to 1999, Theo worked as a Resort Representative for Apple Vacations. Theo then joined Carnival Cruise Lines in 1999, initially as a Purser and later as a Shore Excursion Manager, responsible for logistics, revenue, sales, staff development, customer service, safety, and product development. In 2006, they briefly worked as a Design Consultant for KB Home, assisting clients in selecting interior design elements. From 2008 to 2014, Theo returned to Carnival Cruise Lines as a Shore Excursion Manager. In 2015, they joined Viking Cruises as a Travelling/Shore Excursion Manager, responsible for the ship-board shore excursion program.
