Keira Vanderbeck

Keira Vanderbeck is an experienced event management professional with a diverse background in the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as an Event Manager at Destination Canada since November 2019, Vanderbeck specializes in marketing Canada as a leading tourism destination. Previously, significant roles included Team Lead of Game Presentation for Canucks Sports & Entertainment, where management of on-ice activations enhanced the spectator experience, and Program Manager at Rare Indigo, focusing on event logistics for a Destination Management Company. Additional experience encompasses managing large-scale events as an Event Manager for Powwow Events, overseeing guest services for the London 2012 Olympic Sponsor Hospitality program at Sportsworld, and leading projects for PRIME across various international locations. Vanderbeck holds a BA in Communications and Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
