Michele Tuck-Ponder, Esq. has extensive experience in both the public and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Interim CEO of Destination Imagination, Michele is also the President of Ponder Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm providing services in advocacy, governance, and leadership training. Michele has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Women's Fund of New Jersey, YWCA USA, and the Girl Scouts of Delaware-Raritan, Inc. With a background in law and journalism, Michele's career highlights include serving as Mayor of Princeton Township and Deputy Director of the Division on Women for the State of New Jersey.
