Catherine Malmberg Dannenbring has a long and varied work history. From 2000 to 2003, they were a Features Editor at LPC/Reuters. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Strategic Planner at the NYC Department of Small Business Services. In 2005, they began working at Hamlin Ventures LLC as a Project Manager and at Twining Properties as Vice President and Development Manager. Catherine was responsible for analyzing new acquisitions and development opportunities, managing design and construction teams, and leading green building initiatives. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Director of Sustainable Development at Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. During this time, they were part of a strategic corporate team that established and expanded Skanska's real estate development business.
